Rochas a annoncé le nom de son nouveau directeur artistique : Marco Zanini. La maison, connue notamment pour ses parfums (L’Eau de Rochas), lui a confié le soin de relancer la branche prêt-à-porter après deux ans d’absence, révèle le site Vogue.com. Ancien de Versace avant d’être recruté par la marque Halston, il succède à Olivier Theyskens (qui prend désormais la tête de l’équipe créative chez Nina Ricci).
Il est épaulé par le licencié Gibo qui entend proposer des vêtements présentant un bon rapport qualité/prix. La première ligne Rochas par Marco Zanini défilera à Paris en mars 2009 pendant la « fashion week » pour les collections hiver 2008-2009.
