Après Versace et Elie Saab, c’est désormais la maison de couture italienne Gianfranco Ferré qui se lance dans la décoration d’une tour prestigieuse à Dubaï. Gianfranco Ferré a signé un joint-venture avec la société d’expertise Galadari Investment Office (GIO) pour la construction et l’aménagement de cette tour.
Les mondes de la mode et de l’immobilier s’associent le temps de la conception de cette future tour de luxe baptisée « Gianfranco Ferré Stresa », en hommage au fondateur de la maison de couture italienne.
La société GIO sera responsable de la construction et de la gestion d’un espace résidentiel et commercial tandis que Gianfranco Ferré s’occupera du design et du style des lieux.
Plus d’un milliard de dollars ont été investis dans ce projet.
